Welcome to my web page. I am currently a 45 year old Police Officer with the Pampa Texas Police Department. I have been with the department since November 1988. I am currently assigned to
the Patrol Division as a Senior Officer. Over the Past 20 years I have spent time in
almost all divisions
within the department with the exception of the narcotics division. I am a certified instructor for peace officers and DARE Officer trained.
My hobbies include motorcycle riding, hunting, fishing, golf, camping and computers.
I am married to the love of my life, Connie. She has been a great part of my life for the past eleven years. She has helped me in more ways than any man could hope to get from their mate. Combined we have five children and six grandchildren. Over the past seven years she has stood by me through thick and thin since Monica's disappearance. She has been a driving force in a lot of what I do. She helps take care of Lex and Lesliegh as if they were her own children. She's my inspiration.
You can usually find me surfing
the internet or spending time with my part
time job (hobby) . I created D Brown Enterprises and Pampa Web Connections in my spare time. As time has passed it has grown to include other projects that I am proud of. Please take the time to look over my other sites.
Be sure to check out my missing sisters page. Monica Appleton has been missing since October 1999. On Monica's web site I have created an on-line journal. Since creating this journal in December of 2004, a lot of things have changed. Since that time Monica's case has gotten a lot of attention thanks to Chief Trevlyn Pitner, Detective Connie Lockridge, other law enforcement officials and civilians. I can't thank them enough for what they have done.
In January 2005 I along with family created the FindMonica Foundation Inc. in honor of Monica. Since that time the Foundation has grown to include child safety and crime prevention programs in our local area as well as helping others who may have missing family members across the country. Please take a few moments and look over the site. Who knows you may be able to help bring someone back to their family.
In April 2005 I attended the National Round Table Conference for Missing Persons sponsored by CUE Center in Wilmington North Carolina.
In May of 2005 I was nominated for the America's Most Wanted All Star award. It was an honor to be nominated for this award.
In July 2005 I was invited to speak at the Kimberly Langwell vigil in Beaumont, Texas sponsored by AMALP Foundation Ministry .
I have been invited to speak at the Texas Victim's Service Association to be held in September 2005 at South Padre Island.
